Just completed our custom 30 x 50 metal barn with Jarod and BCS Construction. Highly recommend them and their team. He even built me custom firewood racks out of some of the scrap metal. Would use them again!

Jared and BCS were great to deal with on my building project. We took an older building and gave it a complete facelift. They are very knowledgeable about what will work and won’t work. The pricing was very fair and work was done on time. Best of all, communication. I had daily updates through the entire process. I am already using BCS for other projects and would recommend to anyone.

Jarrod and the entire team of construction professions did an outstanding job on my 30x40x16 shop. Before selecting BCS I worked with two other companies. Jarrod was the only person who offered to come out, view the site and provide consultation on elevations, dirtwork and additional features. When we agreed on the final bid plan, I signed off on the drawings and legal paperwork to begin the process. You want someone that documents your rights and the contractors position. Regardless on who you choose read and make sure you have an agreement before you spend a dime. BCS never asked for money upfront but, did send an invoice promptly after each stage of completion. That’s the sign of a good contractor! The proposal was broken down by stages and the percentage of the project with associated cost allocated to each stage. I was never surprised to see an invoice and there was never any additional cost on top of the invoice. Jarrod kept me in constant communication regarding start date, next steps and estimated time to complete. His crew is also top notch. Concrete, welders, and finishers all polite respectful and easy to talk to. Each step took about a week to complete with a total of 4 weeks minus rain delays.
