BCS Construction has not only met but exceeded my expectations in both performance and professionalism. They were contracted to construct a 40 x 60 shop addition to an existing shop that had been in place for 20 years. The refurbishment of the old shop blends seamlessly with the new addition. Jarod took the time to listen to my ideas and transformed them into reality with innovative solutions that highlight his and his team's extensive experience in providing effective, solution-based designs.

Jarrod and the entire team of construction professions did an outstanding job on my 30x40x16 shop. Before selecting BCS I worked with two other companies. Jarrod was the only person who offered to come out, view the site and provide consultation on elevations, dirtwork and additional features. When we agreed on the final bid plan, I signed off on the drawings and legal paperwork to begin the process. You want someone that documents your rights and the contractors position. Regardless on who you choose read and make sure you have an agreement before you spend a dime. BCS never asked for money upfront but, did send an invoice promptly after each stage of completion. That’s the sign of a good contractor! The proposal was broken down by stages and the percentage of the project with associated cost allocated to each stage. I was never surprised to see an invoice and there was never any additional cost on top of the invoice. Jarrod kept me in constant communication regarding start date, next steps and estimated time to complete. His crew is also top notch. Concrete, welders, and finishers all polite respectful and easy to talk to. Each step took about a week to complete with a total of 4 weeks minus rain delays.
